The BASE CUVEE (French word to describe a blend of various vintages & varietals), is SA produced regional wines – has lovely mixed Floral et Herbacious “ aromas – a firm fruit driven mouth feel with zest & finishing with clean Citrus notes.

Best Enjoyed with – (serve Chilled) afternoon nibbles- uncooked seafood delights, mild hard mature Cheese n Crackers OR just because you need a “Bubbles Lift-Fix” .
