We are very excited to announce that our Sparkling Shiraz has been awarded 96 points (GOLD) and Top in Category in the Winestate Magazine New Release March / April 2023 Wine Show results.

‘The Henry’ Sparkling Shiraz is Carmine’s Wines Flagship creation. Named in Tribute to the Henry Martin family who operated the Old Stonyfell Winery (Since 1858), until myself & family acquired it in 1980 – where my Passion for wine & making it has developed to today. This sparkling red wine style, was created by Australian Winemakers (over 80 years ago) & is now an Iconic, UNIQUELY Australian Celebration Wine.
