Carmine’s Fortified Rummy Spiced.

For decades my father Giuseppe De Ieso (Chef-a-Joe as we call him) would enjoy his ‘kick-up-drink’ after working long and hard. Recently during a cold winter night he invited me to join him for a nightcap with his concoction of old world fortified blended with his favourite rum. I fell in love with this sensory ‘New Wave’ taste sensation and am now making it available for other fortified and rum lovers to enjoy!
